Duke Pompe Disease Clinical & Research Program
Duke provides treatment and research opportunities for patients with Pompe Disease. Duke physicians developed enzyme replacement therapy, the only treatment available to reduce or slow Pompe’s progression. We are proud to support their groundbreaking work that makes a direct impact on the lives of Pompe patients, their caregivers and their loved ones.

Amanda began working with this organization in the summer of 2020 and continues to participate in legislative advocacy efforts that support the rare disease community.
